Tickets scan on a phone. Duplicates are caught. It works when the Wi-Fi does not.

Your revenue, on an agreed schedule, with the statement that explains it.

It is your event and your attendee list. We are running it on your behalf.
The questions organizers actually ask
- Do I need an account?
- No. Ticketry creates and runs the event on your behalf. You deal with a person, not a dashboard.
- When do I get paid?
- On the schedule we agree before the event goes on sale. For events taking e-Transfer, the money arrives across the weeks before the event rather than after it.
- What about refunds?
- You set the refund terms when the event is created. They appear on the event page and at checkout, and we honour them. A cancelled event refunds everyone in full.
- Can people pay at the gate?
- For events with no cap on numbers, yes — cash at the gate and e-Transfer in advance both work. For a room with a fixed capacity we sell by card, so two people never buy the same seat.
